Cookline 360 LLC was established in May of 2012. Our inspiration and ideas spawned directly from many years working in the field as technicians for food equipment. Cookline360 is designed to be a food equipment service company that focuses on customers’ needs. Too often technicians are put into situations where service comes second to profit by their superiors. We don't believe in this and are focused on eliminating the problem by building a company based upon the principle that the term “service” should mean something. Our goal is to put our customers first and give our technicians the support they need to provide the highest levels of "service". We are dedicated to building and maintaining a company culture that supports and nurtures this.
What We Do
CookLine 360 only provides premiere service and OEM parts for commercial food equipment and HVAC systems for restaurants, schools, hospitals, churches, corporate cafeterias, and many other environments in which commercial food equipment is used, while focusing on superior customer service. We proficiently service all manufacturers’ equipment and are always working towards expanding our line of represented dealers.How We Do It
Our technicians are factory trained and kept up to date with the latest technologies in the maintenance areas of electric, gas, steam, electronic, and refrigeration equipment. With the ever changing complexity of this equipment, training is a career long process in which we actively engage.To streamline service procedures across such a wide array of clients, we employ the latest digital dispatching and recording technologies. Calls are directly dispatched to their corresponding technicians via digital devices 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Once the technician receives the service call they not only have all current information needed but he/she has access to all previous calls and notes that may provide critical data needed to ensure a fix. Our entire company from top to bottom is essentially wired in so that key information is always close at hand.

We keep our priorities in line with our customers’ priorities and are willing to go out of our ways to achieve this.
